Richard Segalman
Richard Segalman (b. 1934 in Coney Island, NY) holds degrees and honors from the Parsons School of Design, Art Students League, NY, and the New School for Social Research. He was a recipient of the Pollack-Krasner Foundation Grant in 2011, and his works are part of major collections such as: Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; Bass Museum, Miami; Fogg Art Museum, Cambridge; Hirschorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Washington, D.C.; and St. Louis Art Museum. Richard Segalman has shown widely at institutions including the Mary Ryan gallery; Harmon Meek Gallery; and Artis–Naples/Baker Museum among others. He currently lives and works in New York.
